Inclusive Excellence Support and Engagement is engaged in activities that are designed to help create a more inclusively diverse community of learners at Oklahoma State University. We want to work with all individuals interested in promoting this work.

We are excited about our outreach and retention initiatives here at OSU. Our department looks forward to helping all program participants reach their educational goals.

Programs

Inclusion Leadership Program

The Inclusion Leadership Program (ILP) is a year-long  program designed to equip participating students with the skills and knowledge necessary to become effective leaders in a more diversely inclusive society.

Retention Initiative for Student Excellence

The Retention Initiative for Student Excellence (RISE) program within the Division of Institutional Diversity is designed to assist a select group of talented first year students transition from high school to OSU.

Office of Multicultural Affairs

The Office of Multicultural Affairs empowers Oklahoma State University students to think and act in ways that embrace and promote an inclusive world. We provide support and guidance for diversity-related student organizations. We provide scholarship and mentorship opportunities to help students succeed. We sponsors academic seminars/workshops, cultural experiences, service learning experiences, and social engagement programs across campus

OSU medical student Emily Sowah was one of only 15 medical students from across the country selected for the 2023 ElevateMeD Scholarship Program, which aims to develop talented medical students from underrepresented backgrounds into the next generation of physician leaders.
