(Joyce) Yi-Ying Crawford is a first-generation Asian American with the academic training and experiences in English learning and teaching (ELT). She has a Master of Arts degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) and has been an English as second language (ESL) and English as a foreign language (EFL) instructor for over two decades. She has also been an ESL program administrator and presented her research and classroom experiences at regional and international conferences. Her academic focus includes intercultural communication and leadership development. Her mission is to promote inclusion in diversity. Her goals are to create a space for all members in communities to discover cultures, learn about one another, and enrich lives of people.
