Kay received her B.S. degree in Trade and Industrial Education (1988) and her M. S. degree in Occupational and Adult Education (1999) from Oklahoma State University. She became the Program Manager for the OK-LSAMP program in 2007 and Director for the Bridge to the Doctorate program in 2008. The OK-LSAMP program is a consortium of 11 colleges and universities in Oklahoma in which Kay oversees the day-to-day and long-term issues associated with a federal grant. |
